Cancellation Policy

By signing the MCCA Competitive Cheer Agreement, I understand that my child is committing to a full-season program running from May/June through November 2026, which includes 2–3 weekly practices, mandatory pre-competition practices, 4 ICA competitions, 1 in-house showcase, dance instruction, uniforms and accessories, competition music, gifts, medals, insurance, and an end-of-year banquet. I understand that attendance is strict, with a maximum of 3 unexcused absences, and that vacations or time away are not allowed during the season. I also acknowledge that the program requires participation in team events, fundraising activities, and volunteer hours, and that all communication will be via the BAND app. I agree that all payments are non-refundable, late payments incur fees, and state fees, gifts, and hotel costs for qualifying competitions are my responsibility. I further understand that deposits for volunteering and fundraising will be returned only if requirements are met, and failure to meet them may result in cashed checks. By signing, I commit to supporting my child and the program by meeting all financial, attendance, volunteer, and fundraising obligations, and ensuring that my child participates exclusively with MCCA throughout the season. In closing, I agree with the 2026 Competitive Cheer Agreement and I will be signing this document in person at uniform fittings.
